Frontier Missions Network's Impact in Seiteen Community

At Frontier Missions Network, we are continually amazed by the doors God opens for us to serve communities in need. Our recent mission to the Seiteen community, located in the Sawla-Tuna-Kalba District, has left us both humbled and encouraged. Through His grace, we have been able to provide clean, potable water to over 550 residents, making a profound difference in their daily lives.

During our 4th mission trip in the first week of April 2024, we dedicated two newly constructed boreholes to the Seiteen community. These boreholes, strategically placed to serve two different communities within the district, have transformed access to clean water—an essential resource that many in this region have struggled to obtain.

A Mission Beyond Water

Our efforts went beyond just providing water. As part of the trip, we conducted hygiene education workshops to ensure the community members could maintain and benefit fully from the new boreholes. Our team of volunteers and educators worked closely with local leaders, teaching the importance of cleanliness and how to safeguard against water-borne diseases.

The joy we witnessed on the faces of the people as we dedicated and handed over the boreholes was truly heartwarming. The gratitude from the community reminds us of why we continue in this mission—to bring physical and spiritual nourishment to underserved areas.
